    So if Pringles aren't a type of potato chip, what are they? I think this one is silly if they are still paying a tax on them then let it go. Go use the court time for something more important. wow and we wonder why there are so many cases that take forever to get done. ;P

    I think that Pringles are a chip. They are found in the chip section when you buy them so...they can be taxed.
